FUKUOKA, Japan - Chen Haiteng, the 41-year-old president of the Japanese arm of Baido.com Inc., has told Kyodo News that the Chinese search engine provider Baidu Inc. is planning to start targeted advertising services linked to search terms in Japan. Baido.com is China's biggest search engine portal and the third-largest in the world.
